ALIA Top End AGM - November 19 2015

SAVE the DATE ALIA Top End AGM
Are you interested in advocacy, collaboration or maybe sharing what you do so well everyday as a Library and Information professional? Joining the ALIA Top End Group (ALIATE) committee could be just what you need! The ALIATE AGM will be held Thursday 19th November @ 5.30 in the Casuarina City of Darwin Library meeting room.

We are looking for interested and motivated people keen to continue to grow the ALIA Top End Group as a relevant and vibrant forum, leading Top End professional development, networking, collaboration and celebrating all who work in the Library and Information industry. Whether you can commit only a little of your time or a little more, there are opportunities for you.  Check out our Facebook page for a snapshot of what we’ve done this year.

Highlights include:
  •  PD from local and interstate presenters on Information Architecture, Learning Styles, Research Data and much more
  •  Networking opportunities, some more social than others, and a garden party
  •  and to top it all off, the 2015 ALIA Top End Symposium.

To nominate yourself or a colleague for the committee, please contact Jayshree Mamtora (ALIA NT Manager) jayshree.mamtora@alia.org.au or Claire Nield (ALIA TE Group Chair) claire.nield@live.com.au. All positions are open for 2016 and nominations will also be taken on the night.
